This Privacy Policy explains how ShowRev, Inc. ("ShowRev", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our platform, websites, and services (the "Services"). ShowRev provides tools for creators to sell to their audiences; depending on how you use the Services you may be a creator (selling) or a buyer (purchasing from a creator).

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email, password, and profile details you provide when you register.
• Transaction information — purchases, orders, tickets, subscriptions, and payout details. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Content — media, products, pages, and messages you upload or create.
• Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and actions taken, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications — emails, support requests, and other messages you send us.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Services.
• To process payments, payouts, refunds, and disputes.
• To authenticate accounts and keep the platform secure, including fraud and abuse prevention.
• To send transactional messages and, where permitted, updates and marketing you can opt out of.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed:

• With creators — when you buy from a creator, we share the order and contact details they need to fulfill it.
• Service providers — including Stripe (payments), cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics, who process data on our behalf.
• Legal and safety — when required by law or to protect rights, property, and safety.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, including via Stripe Connect for creator payouts. Your payment data is subject to Stripe's privacy policy. We receive limited transaction metadata (such as amounts, status, and the last four digits of a card) to operate the Services.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the platform, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion as described below.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
